Cyber Pulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the software, including loss of data or business interruption.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the software if you violate these terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

7. Modifications

Cyber Pulse may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
